Just installed two units but setup  says there are too far apart . Nothing in sales plurb to indicate distance. I have place one next to router (upstairs)  and second near bottom of stairs.

    Dear Sir,
    The ideal distance between Multy is 10m~15m, however, the distance will shorten if there is a wall or obstacle between two nodes.

    You can run the Diagnose on your Multy App to check the throughput on the second node,
    If the throughput is what you expected, you can just ignore the message.
    However, if the throughput is too low, please change the location, and move it closer to the first Multy, then run the Diagnose again.
