I want to have a backupdrive that i invisible for windows (for emotet etc).
So i'm thinking of a 4 drive NAS and use 3 Drives as a NAS and the fourth Drive with a big HD for Backup (maybe switch it once per day/week).
Or also 2 NAS and 2 Backup HDs
Unfortunatly  USB seems to slow for this?

Agreed wit TY9527 100%. Go for the highest RAID possible. Now I wishes I had that option for my NAS. LOL!

Raid is not a backup. The proposed solution of the OP will protect him against ransomware and accidental deletion of files. Raid will not.

As far as I know the backupplaner should be able to do that, but I never actually used it. I use rsync in a cronjob to backup, which definitely can do the job.
