Internet speed Multy U AC2100

I can only reach 300/300 Mbps internet speed to base node (LAN), even though I have an 500/500 fiber line. That is when I run a diagnose. Can that be right?

    Dear Sir,

    1. Do you mean that you run the speedtest on a PC which connected to LAN port of Multy, and get a result of 300/300?
    Can you provide the Diagnose result page and the screenshot of the PC test result?
    2. Please make sure there are other devices sharing the traffic.
