I have a Multy X system at home which is new. I want my security cameras to use SFTP to send video to my Mac but the cameras are unable to reach the server. Does Multy X block incoming traffic and is there a way to override it?
Thanks in advance

Dear Sir,
May I know which side of your Mac and Cameras? both on LAN?
Do you mean the Mac is SFTP server but cam cannot reach it?
Best Regards,

Hey Eric. Thanks for the help.
My Mac and the cameras are both connected to the Multy although use different bands. The Mac is on 5 GHz and the cameras only work on 2.4 GHz. I have the two channels separated to avoid any conflicts.
I have downloaded an app called SFTP Server from the Mac App Store (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sftp-server/id1300094971?ls=1) and it is running but the cameras (Netatmo Presence) return an error of "cannot connect to server" when I try to set up the FTP protocol.
I know that this problem could be linked to the cameras, the Mac or the Multy and I simply don't know which one.

Your cam has to access the SFTP server, not FTP.
SFTP is port 22.
Or you can try to set your Mac with FTP server, and your cam should able to access.1
