NAS326 Unable to pair device

So I just tried to pair my device via the zyxelCloud. On https://mycloud.zyxel.com the nas is found but when I try to pair the device, as soon as I click the button on the nas it says "device not found".
The nas has internet access, ping works
DNS settings are correct
Router allows Upnp
Manually set a portforward on the router and I was able to access the nas via wan ip.

    You may try uninstall and re-install the  zyxelCloud APP in your NAS.
