I keep getting "Multiple Wifi detected" error during setup. Please help!

When trying to setup my new Multy X system, while setting up the first box it tells me via the app that it needs to update security settings. I then get the error "Multiple WiFi detected" and it asks me to turn off other wifi points. Nothing else is on in my home, although there are some neighbour's wifi signals around. It then fails to update the settings and asks me to reset. I keep repeating this without ever getting beyond this point. Any ideas?

Try to reset your Network settings on the phone, and it may help you to set up the Multy.
What is the phone? iPhone or Android phone?
