Red light

My second node is disconected and ligts red. I tryed diffrent locations close to primary node. 5-7 m distance. Same result. Deleted the node and added it again. Still red. What is wrong

    1. What is the model of your devices?
    2. Have you ever reset the second Multy by press the reset button for 10 seconds?
    3. Please make sure there isn't a wall or any obstacle between two nodes while the installation.
