Cant connect to Nas326 from smartphone

Hi,

I cant acces my NAS326 from my smartphone, when I try to connect , there is a fault "Access denied" What should I do?

  I think you need to utilize the UPnP on your NAS and Zyxel Cloud and then also open relevant ports on your router. Are you familiar with these things?
