zyxel vmg1312-b10d not connect to internet after firmware update

I updated my zyxel vmg1312-b10d to the newest firmware version 5.13(AAXA.10)C0 and after that it cannot connect to internet. My settings are correct and the DSL light stady green but internet is red. My provider said to me that I shouldn't upgrade firmware. Any suggestions?

    Can't you upgrade your device back to the previous working version?

    You cannot downgrade the firmware. I tried it and the only thing that has changed is the interface.

    The release notes for 5.13 say that you can downgrade to 5.11 then a manual factory reset is required, see below.

    "External Information:
    Known issues
    1. If downgrade FW from V5.13 to V5.1 1, manually factory reset is
    necessary
    2. System may out of memory if upgrade firmware through Wi Fi."

    Did your ISP give you new settings?
