Is it possible to simply take disks from one nas 542 and inserting it to another and preserving all settings and data?
And another question is it possible to remove some disks (with one ff two existing wolumes), then insert new disk and format it in nas, then copy some files on new disk and then inserta back previous disks and get same state as before removing them?

Data yes, settings no. The settings are stored on an internal flash disk.

Maybe. If the disks are part of a raid array from which you don't move all members, the array will be degraded, and need a rebuild.
One of the volumes is the 'system volume', which is used to store some databases, and installed packages. If you remove that volume, another volume will be used, and that will not be reverted when you plug the volume back.

Thanks for answer. I just removed all disks from first 542,  formatted one 16tb disk and start copying files from 2nd 542, containing one 3disk raid and another 1disk volume. I plan after copy from 3disk raid is completed to move new 16tb disk with copied data into second 542 instead previous 3 disks and then place all previous disks back into first 542 (hope first nas will then work similarly as before). Only one thing i need to solve is how to remove 3disks with raid from 2nd 542 and force nas to move system files to lasting 1disk 2nd volume and then inserting now disk with files and preserving copied files.
