nas 326 - impossibile connettersi

da ieri non riesco piu' a connettermi al mio nas 326, con l'applicazione nas seeker non vedo piu' il nas.
cosa posso fare ?
non ho segnalazioni d'errore o anomalie, la connessione alla rete è ok

if I push the reset button the hardware not answer no bit, no reset, nothings ....
