Zyxel NAS 320 does not start anymore - all LEDs on

Since yesterday I have the following problem with the NAS.
When switching on, all LEDs light up, the fan goes on and the LEDs stay on.
NAS does not start anymore. Resett has no effect. What can I do?

1. LED Yellow

2. LED Red

3. LED Red

4. LED Green

5. LED Red

Does anyone have a similar problem?
Does anyone have any advice on how to get them to work?

  Does it boot when you remove the disks? If yes, your power supply might be worn out.

  I already tested it without the hard drives. But the same thing happens there.

  I think it is hardware issue, if the device is still with warranty, you can do RMA.
