Zyxel P-660HN - Access and setting up a LAN

I am glad that you have had some success.
The DHCP server for the local area networking (LAN) is set-up under Network Settings then Home Networking then LAN Setup.

If you set DHCP Server State to Enable then you can set the range of IP addresses that are given out but the P-660HN will not always give the same IP address to the same device.
But under Network Settings then Home Network then Static DHCP you can add settings so that some IP address is given to the same device based on its MAC address, see below:

There are many models of P-660HN so I hope that I have guessed a relevant one.
