How to deactivate 2,4 GHz Network?

2,4 GHz Network interferes with Bluetooth devices. Any ideas?

    We've received your feedback from the Multy APP, we'll contact you via email.
    Currently, we do not have a feature to disable the 2.4GHz network interface on the Multy APP.
    We'll evaluate the feature, thanks for your advice.

    Hi Jerry, this should be considered. The 2,4 GHz network sometimes collides with Bluetooth devices.
