Can you please share some information with me about this problem?
1- What's the firmware version for your USG210?
2- Do the LAN users can go to internet during you can't access the Web GUI?
3- What do you mean by “ping work normally the request time out” ? Can you please explain? Do you mean you can ping the gateway but sometimes the ping requests timed out?
4- Can you use terminal software to telnet to gateway's Web GUI's port? (For instance telnet to 192.168.1.1:443)
5- Is there any event that triggers this issue?
6- Can you please share your topology with me?

Please update to the current release from the following link which should fix certain symptom;

In the firewall's Web GUI, find the Local Firmware option from the following path;
Maintenance > File Manager > Firmware Management > Firmware Status > Upgrade

This is an official firmware.
The difference between the formal release and this version is that it contains some fixes that reported by the customers.
