Registering device on Zyxel cloud

in Multy WiFi System
When trying to register my multy plus on zyxel cloud i only get "! not found" in red?
I've entered the MAC and SN that is printed on the backside of the 1st router

Please advise

    The Multy series devices are not able to see on the zyxelcloud.
    The Zyxelcloud could check for NAS series.
    The status of the Multy devices could check it on the Multy APP.
