uag 2100/4100 hotspot billing problem

Recently we are experiencing an issue:

Once the payment is made via Paypal the system does not return the login credentials but the message that I attach in photo.

Despite the payment is successful.

    Can you share some information with us;

    1-     What’s the device model and firmware version?

    2-     When did you start experiencing this issue? 

    3-     Did you correctly configure PayPal settings for UAG?

    4-     Do you see the payment is successful in your PayPal account?

    thx for the reply

    1- the devices model are uag 2100 and uag 4100 with the latest firmware version available on the zyxel website
    2- I start experiencing this issue in october -november 2020, I don't remember exactly
    3- i think so, i followed the official guide of zyxel support
    4- yes, the paypal payment is successful
