Cant delete folder -

I was copy one folder from PC, with movies. Few weeks latter, I was deleting folder and seems everything is ok. But after Power off and Power on...folder is again  on his place (like recovery). I deleted it again, direct, trough console, trough web...but every time his backing after Power on.... Any help?

    When you removed it though console, did you check if it was really gone? How?

    It seems everuthing is ok. I deleted this folder, then I check and there is no more this folder. Using NAS usualy, making folders, deleting folders and files, copyng, cuting, moving...everything is normal. After several days, I turn off NAS, then turn on and miracle happend. This folder is on his place again!!!
    Only this folder appears. Other deleted folders gone.

    This is the folder named "The Flight Attendant S01". Folder is empty.



    Then, deleting....


    ...folder is deleted...


    After that, turn NAS off....turn NAS on...
    Bingo! There is folder again!!!



    Strange thing is: Only this folder makes problem....I was trying everuthing... Cut, move, delete, rename...put files in folder then deleting...changing file preferences... 

    If someone has idea....what shell I do???

    Try WinSCP. You can find the directory in /i-data/sysvol/SERIE. I think.

    Can you SSH to your NAS and delete the folder?
    If that folder still survives then it's Chuck Norris.

    I done everything you said....then turn off, turn on and Chuck iz back!

    I can think of 2 reasons why the directory re-appears. A hardware error, or some synchronization software which puts it back from elsewhere.
    To look if it is a hardware error, login over ssh, and delete the directory as @Sapphire23 explained, and then run

    dmesg | tail -n 20

    That line in between is the pipe symbol, on my keyboard it's shift-\ . This commands shows the kernel log, if it shows any I/O or Input/Output errors, then probably you have a hardware problem. Dying disk, probably.
    About software, did you install any packages? In special something like btsync or Resilio Sync?
    Another question, the timestamp of the re-appeared directory, is that the original, or a new one?

    I created new folder (SERIJE2) and move all other subfolders from folder SERIJE except this problematic subfolder (The flight attendant S01), then I deleted problematic subfolder and folder SERIJE. Now, after power off/on, looks like everything is ok. I will try "dmesg | tail -n 20" for checking.
