Hi
I have Inteno DG400 router and GS1920-24 only.
I bought 1month PRO license to test nebula but i don`t see any activity on switch ports.
Dashboard says no gateways.
Regards
Asko

    Hi @askok,

    Welcome to Zyxel Community!

    Kindly inform you that you don't require a USG to make your Organization to be PRO.
    If you only have one Nebula device and it's with a PRO license, which is GS1920, in your Organization, you may see there is a "Upgrade now" button in Organization-wide > Configure > License & Inventory > Overview tab.

    Note:
    1. All Nebula devices in the same Organization should have at least one Plus/PRO license to upgrade Organization to be Plus/PRO.

    @askok,

    Thanks for your reply.

    It looks like your switch is still on Standalone mode.
    Could you please check Basic settings > Cloud Management > Nebula Control Center Discovery, if it is active?

    Note that when your switch connects to NCC (Online), all the configuration of switch will be erased and apply configuration of NCC.

    I agree with PeterUK, check if the switch has a default gateway and DNS servers configured

    @askok,

    Thanks for your reply.
    As @PeterUK and @gb5102 mention that you may check if your switch is able to access the Internet.
    You could also test if your network is allowed to access port 4335 & 6667 by clicking them. One of them should be capable to work on your network.

    If it is still not working, you may refer to our switch troubleshooting guide for more detail.
