Unable to connect to NR7101 after firmware update

My NR7101 is installed on the pole about 250ft high. After the last software update and factory reset, I cannot connect to it via LAN. Wifi is disabled by default (might by turned on by clicking on the button, but it is really high.
What to do? How to configure it (it was factory reset upon the firmware update.
