Hi Sir,
Sorry for causing your inconvenience, could you please enable the Zyxel Support in the directory [Help (bottom-left of NCC) >Support Request > Invite Zyxel support as administrator > Save] and Provide your Org/Site name for us for further investigate in your case?

Hi Sir,
We've confirmed this issue, and will fix this as soon as possible.
The reason of the case is, all APs registered in this site are NWA50AXs, so NCC grey out some settings that aren't supported by the AP. But actually the guest network should be enabled (since the AP should have the capability according to the device function table), so we'll fix the case soon.
