just installed app on my iPhone.
try to add device both QR code and manual
doesn't work, what is wrong?

    For NR5101, only Nebula supported version can be managed by Nebula, and it is labeled on the sticker with “Nebula”.

    According to your sticker, the model you’re holding is not Nebula supported version.
