[NEBULA] how can connect GS1920-8HP to NCC

Hi @Ambato,
If the CLOUD LED status is blinking Amber, that means the Switch doesn't connect to NCC.
Please check if the Switch has already connected to the Internet.
You may access the Switch via Telnet and ping 8.8.8.8.

The switch work properly, Internet acsess very good only nebula controllpanel show me switch is offline.

Switch connected to internet but Cloud led blinking amber, and nebula controlpanelshows me it is offline.

There might have DNS resolution issue or connecting port been blocked.
