FAILED: "Send Installation File To Installer" from Nebula

I setup the initial parameters (WAN, DNS, etc) of my USG FLEX 100 via the Nebula portal.  I then selected the "Send Installation File to installer" option for the firewall config.  After about 10 minutes, the screen on the Nebula portal was still spinning.

I can NOT see an option to download this file from the portal.  If it's there, where?  If not, any suggestions or do I just need to configure myself?
