NT7101 ip-passthrough mode not working without DHCP on Interfacegroup

Passthrough not working when DHCP is disabled.

further NR7101 LAN IP ( from interfacegroup) goes down, when wan goes up
(this behave makes Management hard)
for example a LTE3302-M432 does NOT have this problem.
