You have it set to router mode. Most people have set it for ip-passthrough mode. Have you tried if that works for you?

disabling IP passthrough means setting the nr7101 to router mode?

    Hi @Luca789

The ping to 8.8.8.8 from within the NR7101 shows that it can get to the Internet via your ISP, because 8.8.8.8 is Google's public DNS server on the Internet.
          - so the issue should be LAN related or the NR7101 settings.

So what do get if you try a ping 8.8.8.8 and tracert 8.8.8.8 from a client host on your LAN please?
         - do your clients get an IP address automatically from the NR7101 using DHCP?
                 - i.e. an IP address in the range 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.254 ?

    Kind regards, Tony

    Thanks @Luca789 for your reply.

It seems like something else is on your LAN, so that your Windows client is not directly using the NR7101...

Can you please do a tracert 8.8.8.8 or tracert google.com on your Windows computer, so that we/I can see if your Windows client is getting to the Internet via the NR7101 on 192.168.1.1 or not?

    Kind regards,
         Tony

Hi guys, I solved the problem. I didn't know that the wifi of the nr7101 was only for configuration purposes. I connected my laptop with a cable to the router and it surfed fine.
    sorry guys
