NR7101 Dynamic DNS and Ping

Hi

I have setup Dynamic DNS (Dyn) on thge NR7101 and it works according to the NR7101 and as well I see updates on my Dyn hosts page

However when I try to ping the address it doesn't work. Every paket is lost. Ping is enabled under security settings

Any idea?

    same here
    i cannot get ping working , both in passthrough or normal mode

    remote passthrough-management is working https://ip:20443 and ssh on port 20022
    so public IP is ok

    It's resolved. My NR7101 got a private IP address from the ISP. But after a phone call to the support they have now assigned a public IP address (called remote APN at Sunrise) and now all works fine
