Receiving this alert from two different clients and locations. The sites and fully up and working like normal. This is coming in as a security alert? Is the device not talking to SecuReporter?

    Update, These had been coming in every hour but have now stopped. I have an open ticket with support.

    Because myZyxel.com and SecuReporter are under maintenance between 2022-10-02 22:00 and 2022-10-03 02:07 (UTC+0), the communication of SecuReporter and myZyxel.com is unavailable. That's why you saw the log "Device disconnected for more than 15 minutes" on SecuReporter. Do not be worried about these messages because they are normal messages. The message should not appear after 2022-10-03 02:07 (UTC+0). If you still see the log on SecuReporter on Oct. 4th and Oct. 5th, please send me the org and site name in private message. We will remotely check this issue. Thanks!
