Latest version and Owncloud Data

Hello, a few months ago, when I upgraded to the latest version, zyxel nas542 owncloud crashed, php and owncloud were not starting, is this situation resolved now? We are afraid that our data in owncloud will be lost, so we are using a very old version of zyxel nas542.

The issue may happen on the firmware V5.21(ABAG.8)C0.
The release note said that they have resolve the issue on the latest firmware V5.21(ABAG.9)C00
