the NR5101 5G indoor router is impossible to give a factory reset, the reset button does not function 5s/10s/15s/20s/1hour nothing works. any other options ?

Is it because you forget the login password, and you still can't log in after pressing the reset button?
May I know the serial number of your NR5101?
You can find the serial number at the bottom of the NR5101.
