NSG100 throughout
Hi all,
I see on the zyxel spec that the NSG100 is 90Mbps with AV and 450Mbps without it.
https://www.zyxel.com/uk/en/products_services/Nebula-Cloud-Networking-Security-Gateway-Nebula-Cloud-Managed-Security-Gateways/specification
I have a system that has just been upgraded to a faster broadband and now I need the NSG100 to pass through 300Mbps.
It looks like I can achieve it disabling the AV.
However, even having disabled AV and IDP from the nebula portal the max speed I can get out of the NSG100 is 87Mbps.
Can you please advise how to disable AV and Get the full 450Mbps throughout?

So, no matter you activate AV or not still get same result as 87mbps? How did you test the throughput? By downloading the file or use the speedtest. Can you activate the access privilege in Nebula, Help>support request then I can check with your setting, also provide your org./site name for me.0

Can you also try on the ethernet cable for cross check, it could be the wireless signal issue.

Thanks @Nebula_Chris
I will check the cat6 patch lead from the modem to the WAN port.
How can I see the linking speed from the portal?
I can only see the below.
Can you please explain how I can check the speed once I'm on site?

I`m experiencing the same issue... have a 500Mb fiber, but only get 150Mb ish from NSG100 when modem is in bridge mode, but direct connection to modem in router mode gives 4-500Mb by bypassing the NSG1000

Cloud it be that the equipment is to old to output the full speed of the isp modem ?0
