Dear Nebula Users,

The system has been temporarily unavailable due to an outage incident.

Issue Started from:
2022-11-28 12:42 (UTC+0)

Resolved:
2022-11-29 11:15 (UTC+0)

Issue Symptom & Risk:
1. Sometimes USG Flex/ ATP firewall site monitor information cannot be displayed.
2. Site-wide > Dashboard may not display successfully (mainly affected by Application/WAN widget).
3. Site-wide > Topology may not display successfully.
4. Firewall > Configure > Firewall settings cannot be added successfully.
5. Monitoring page of Mobile Router, Switch, and Access Point may not display successfully (partially).

Note: This outage incident does not affect Nebula devices and their local network services.

  • I am still experiencing issues w/ several sites in Nebula. It will not load any dashboards, router, switch, ap details etc.

    Dear Nebula Users,  

    We had partially fixed the issue of
    1. Firewall > Configure > Firewall settings 
    2. Mobile Router/Switch/Access Point Monitor related functions.  

    Regarding to the displaying issue on the other pages including
    1. USG Flex/ATP firewall monitor page
    2. Site-wide > Dashboard
    3. Site-wide > Topology pages
    we are still working it and will keep you posted immediately once the issue had been resolved.

    UPDATE: Nevermind - the AP i'm testing the Secure WiFi with, is not supported.....

    I have a Secure WiFi trial "in progress" - activated about 2 hours ago. Don't know if it's related to this incident?
