Hi @Fady_MAG,You can follow the guide in the FAQ to recover the configuration file if you forget the password and lost the backup configuration file.

Hi! I just upgradet my firmware from 4.72 to 4.73. After that it looks like my password i wrong. Any solution? And no, I have not forgot my password.

Hi @Eivind_K,You can follow the steps in How to backup running configuration if forgot password? to download the latest configuration file.
Upload the file back to the device. Then follow the guide to change the password and check if any unknown user account/SSL VPN/policy route/firewall rule are added.
