problems with HApro

Hello everyone, why can't HApro switch when you physically pull out the cable from the active zuvol, but writes this in the logs:

Tue Jan 24 08:26:03 2023 Change to Active mode because timeout.

Tue Jan 24 08:26:15 2023 Change to Passive mode because Interface WAN_MAI_GE2 connection check fail. (fail count=1)

Greeting forum, Please kindly provide your firewall module and frimware version.
Also print the output messages by the below command:

show device-ha2 log

show device-ha2 trace-log

show device-ha2 status

Seems the current failover count reached the max. failover count. You can try to use the command to reset the counter.

Router> debug device-ha2 send failover 0
