Zyxel Drive : How this is working ? I get an 205 error.

hello,

I configure the Zyxel Cloud . it seems ok (see screenshot).

On my smartphone the app Zyxel Drive (inside or outside my metwork )

I see first the Nas connected then the list of Folders .

But when I select a folder , I get a error message n° 205 (see screenshot).

All permissions are read and write for the cloud user.

What's the problem ?

Additionally, consider trying a different router to see if it resolves the issue with your local network.

Thanks for the answer

Before doing any blind hardware changes to see if it works. I would like to know what the error numbers correspond to, I see that one is 104, the other 119, and me 205 with the single answer changing the router. I don't think that's how you can solve a problem.
