I have two sites where this is occurring.  NWA55AXE is setup as a Wireless bridge.  It seems to be functioning, but it shows offline in Nebula.  I can access the local management of the NWA55AXE from another device on the LAN.  The "Nebula" circle is orange.

Does anyone else have this issue with NWA55AXE?

    Hi @TAPTech,

Thank you for providing the diagnostic file for our checking.

The AP certificate download was not completed lead to AP is offline on Nebula.

We manually removed the certificate to allow the AP to recapture it.

As the private message, the NWA55AXE is online after you reboot AP.

    Hi @TAPTech,

The "Nebula" circle is orange means the connection between AP and Nebula Control Center failed. You can mouse over the circle to display detailed information and according to the hint to check your local network settings. Here are the failed message of Nebula circles:

    -          Certificate problem

    -          DNS queries failed

    -          Proxy authentication failed

    -          TCP port 4335 blocked

In most cases, it’s the TCP/UDP port being blocked by firewall or ISP. This table is intended to help guide you in creating firewall rules for Nebula, please check your firewall or ISP if they’re blocking them.

We suggest replacing the DNS setting with the static IP address "8.8.8.8" for resolving all domains for Nebula if you see the failed message is related to DNS queries failed.

If the AP is still offline after above information confirmed or there is no condition as yours list above, please go to web GUI collect Diagnostics at MAINTENANCE page and the provide us via the private message by clicking to my account > Message.

Please enable the Zyxel support at Help > Support request > Invite Zyxel support as administrator, save the changes for us to check. [Nebula] How to turn on Zyxel Support Access? — Zyxel Community

And provide the Org and Site name, thank you.
