in app push not working

Hello, I have the feeling the Nebula in-app push notification are not working for me

(e.g. push notification when AP goes offline for more than 15min)

Note: I have not any licence pack yet

Note: I have activated the multifactor authentication and I need to enter again the double factor code when I relaunch the mobile after some time of inactivity (few days ?)

Maybe the push notifications are not working after those few days of inactivy ?

    Welcome to the Zyxel community!

    May I confirm what's the model of your mobile phone?

    And please help to check whether the APP setting and push notification setting have enabled the notification or not.

    If yes, could you provide your organization name and enable the Zyxel Support Access? I will help to check the notification problem.
    Please go to Help Center > Support Request > Zyxel Support Access to enable and save.

    I can replicate this problem in my org/site either Android system or IOS.

    It is probably not related to the multi-factor authentication because I do not enable it.

    Please check your smartphone whether you receive the notification or not.
