Hi. You can Cell Lock 4G / LTE in the UK. I've used it on both the NR5101 and NR7101.

@Fasty your signal quality is really poor and looks like you're on the edge of cell reception hence why it can't maintain 4G+ and drops down to 4G. I'd try and move the Router whilst using the Zyxel Air app and monitor for signal improvements. Move the Router in small stages as it takes a minute or two to reflect in the app. You want to ideally get an RSRP more in the -100 area (give or take) to start to see an improvement. So you need to gain 13dBm. Locking the band isn't going to help here, it is a signal strength problem at the moment.

@Noddy , thank you so much!
I will try to move the router. I still dont understand if some bands are automatically 4g+ and some are 4g? If i do "auto" will it automatically connect to the 4g+ band?

Does this app support model 7460? Can't connect it in any way, even manually with trying every port
