Hi team,

l have missed placed the admin password for my USG60 Firewall, is there a way to reset it via the back door, l have the serial to RJ45 cable.

    hi Team.,

    Can you please advice how to get access to stage 4 so l can change the backup old startup-config.conf to “startup-config-back.conf” ?

    You can enter the device Web-GUI > Maintenance > Configuration File > Configuration and download the lastgood.conf or startup-config-back.conf that you want to download. Thanks.
