My USG-500 keeps shutting down.
I get the message that the device temperature has exceeded threshold.

Sensor[1]:50 degree
Sensor[2]:57 degree
FAN[0]:6914 RPM
FAN[1]:0 RPM
FAN[2]:0 RPM

Hi @LDI ,
The device will dump warning message if sensor exceed 80 °C.
The ventilation holes of FLEX500 are located on both sides, It is recommended to remove the appliance above away to ensure proper ventilation.
Thank you

@Zyxel_Kevin In my life i NEVER put in that orientation a Zyxel Firewall. Only "plane", on feets or on rack.
Is that positioning supported/advised?
