Guest SSID disappear - NWA50AX

First, we recommend following these steps for troubleshooting:

1. Upgrade your AP NWA50AX to the latest firmware V6.29(ABYW.1)C0 .
2. Make sure your AP is receiving sufficient power. The NWA50AX requires a power input of 12V 1.5A or 16W PoE power.
   • Insufficient power can sometimes lead to unexpected behavior or instability.
3. Verify that your SSID settings are compatible with the NWA50AX. If an unsupported feature is applied to the SSID, it may cause the SSID to turn off.
   • You can check the supported functions of the AP at NCC >> Help >> Device function table .
4. Have you configured any SSID schedule on the AP?
   • You can check the current SSID schedule at Configure >> Access points>> SSID availability.

If the issue persists after following these steps, we kindly request additional information to help us further diagnose the problem. Please provide us with the following details:

1. Could you specify how often your AP's guest SSID disappears?
2. If possible, please share with us the exact time when your AP's SSID disappears, along with a screenshot of the event log.
