Hi.
When the APs have been turned on for several hours without traffic on the guest ssid, it disappears.
It doesn't show up again until I reboot the APs.
Thank you.

Hi @pedrodiazfm
First, we recommend following these steps for troubleshooting:
- Upgrade your AP NWA50AX to the latest firmware V6.29(ABYW.1)C0 .
- Make sure your AP is receiving sufficient power. The NWA50AX requires a power input of 12V 1.5A or 16W PoE power.
- Insufficient power can sometimes lead to unexpected behavior or instability.
- Verify that your SSID settings are compatible with the NWA50AX. If an unsupported feature is applied to the SSID, it may cause the SSID to turn off.
- You can check the supported functions of the AP at NCC >> Help >> Device function table .
- Have you configured any SSID schedule on the AP?
- You can check the current SSID schedule at Configure >> Access points>> SSID availability.
If the issue persists after following these steps, we kindly request additional information to help us further diagnose the problem. Please provide us with the following details:
- Could you specify how often your AP's guest SSID disappears?
- If possible, please share with us the exact time when your AP's SSID disappears, along with a screenshot of the event log.
Alternatively, you may enable Zyxel Support at Help >> Support request and provide us your org/site name. This will allow us to investigate your site directly.
