ZLD4.73 & ZLD5.36 patch 2 Official Version Released to address Buffer Overflow Issues

Hi,
We did have also the patch installed and the ATP800 went unresponsive yesterday after all ipsec vpn tunnels went down and all our ssl vpn users went offline. Have to unplug the power and I did install the official version 5.36P2. It didn't happen again after the 5.36P2, but Zyxel says that the patch and the P2 will do the trick.

Same issue on ATP800 with last patch. Device hang. After restart half ipsec vpn tunnels don't up.

Thanks for reporting this case to us. According to the log message, we noticed the root cause was caused by "Unable to connect ZySH daemon", it indicated that ZySH daemon was not working during the boot phase. Could you help to collect the diag-info log for us for further investigation? Thanks.

The client is on a cellular connection and we determined the attack used up all the data. It's on tmobile and once you go over your data plan, it throttles the speed to 128kbps or so, making the internet unuseable.

I have around 7-8 vpn tunnels between zyxel USG60W , Azure, zyxel flex, etc
Even if I see vpn tunnel established, there is no inbound traffic through the tunnel.
This is totally random. Today there is a vpn tunnel not working , next day another one, after restart the vpn tunnels which worked do not work anymore, etc
What is the problem ? Is there any fix for this?

@Radu_Stanila please upgrade the firmware version to the latest 4.73P2-WK23 and check if the problem still exists, if so, you may create a new thread, and I will follow up your case, thanks
