No Internet on Multy M1 satellites

Hi @Paraveen ,
To better understand the situation, could you please provide more information? Here are a few questions:
- When your client devices attempt to connect to the Multy M1 SSID, do they display a connection failure message, or is there no SSID broadcasting at all?
- Are your client devices able to detect any SSID broadcasted by the Multy M1? Do both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz SSIDs appear and function properly?
- Could you please let me know your Multy M1 Main Router’s LED status at the moment? Additionally, how was the Multy M1 satellite’s LED status?
- Does this situation occur on all of your Multy M1 devices, or is it specific to one device?
- How do you usually resolve the issue? Does the Multy M1 return to normal operation after a reboot?

1. SSID is available but weak signal so I suppose from main router only and not satellite. It connects but disconnects very frequently, like every connection when they you use internet works first call and second refresh to the page and it vanish... Comes back again on few seconds and vanish again
2. Both frequency were separated by problem was same so after that I kept it same
3. Right now it's solid green but whole night it was green blink on main router and satellite pink solid (as checked in morning)
4. All the multy
5. Restart from app... Unfortunately this time it took restart at about 9:30pm yesterday then 9:45 pm yesterday the same issue, then morning 6:15 one restart which lost satellites in the app tries to delete multi in app which did not work - but somehow it resolved after about 30 minutes which resolved it (for now)

Hi @Paraveen ,
Thanks for your information! To further investigate and address your issue, could you please send feedback through your Multy APP at the exact moment you encounter the problem? By doing so, we will be able to check the log of your Multy M1 and gather more specific details to assist you effectively.
Note: Please don’t reboot it before sending the log.

I am also having the same problem. I have a Multi M1 with 2 satellites they are all connected via a powered network switch. So frustrating that my home office is 40m away from the main house but it’s still connected via LAN. I cannot connect to the satellite to check for WiFi signal
My phone is connected and so is my laptop but drops out constantly. I have to regularly (and I mean at least once a month) delete everything including the app and start again. Getting very close to throwing the whole system away. I should get over 850mb but I can’t even turn my camera on during a teams call

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details of your experience. To assist you better, could you please provide the following information:
- What is the current firmware version of your Multy M1 devices?
- When did these issues first occur? Were they present from the initial setup or did they appear later?
- Have you already tried resetting all the Multy M1 units and performing a fresh installation?
With these details, we can better understand your situation.
