Why only flex 500 shows good ip and other devices have ip 255.255.255.255 the latest version is installed i test via laptop with wifi card ?

  Could you share your ZON version and the ZON.log file for us to check?
  The ZON.log file is in C:\users\your user's name folder.

  Could you also help to confirm the device's firmware is using the latest firmware?
  If not, please help to upgrade to the latest first.
