NWA1100-NH

Looking at the user guide at https://download.zyxel.com/NWA1100-NH/user_guide/NWA1100-NH_v2_ed1.pdf the default IP address is 192.168.1.2 

The quick start guide see https://download.zyxel.com/NWA1100-NH/quick_start_guide/NWA1100-NH_001.pdf should help you make an Ethernet connection to the NWA1100-NH for configuration.

The troubleshooting section of the talks about that the NWA1100-NH might be getting its IP address from a DHCP server, which in your case could the router from your broadband supplier.

It might be worth trying to disconnect the NWA1100-NH from your router, and then doing a factory reset to see if you can ping the NWA1100-NH on 192.168.1.2 IP address.

If you can ping it on 192.168.1.2 then you should be able to access the web configurator with a web browser (the user guide does not say that it is https) so just try putting 192.168.1.2 in the address bar
      - if you get the login screen then admin with password 1234 should give you access.
