ZyXEL LTE2566 3G / 4G / LTE modem and WiFi router

I ordered this product from Verkkokauppa in Tampere. The problem i have with this router is that it is rebooting every few minutes. What can i do? Thank you

Do you know what firmware your device is running please?

In ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/LTE2566-M634/firmware/ there is some firmware that was posted in December 2020 as v1.00(ABTW.1)C0 which is listed as having minor bug fixes.

Thanks. Looks like something may have caused a power surge. When did this rebooting issue started?

I have the same problem, with router type LTE2566-M634. Restarts / Reboots spontaneously and randomly and I don't know the cause. It doesn't matter if it's connected to a PC via USB or via Wi-Fi. I have the latest firmware "V1.00(ABTW.4)C0". I have two pieces of LTE2566-M634 router and they both behave the same, randomly Restarting / Rebooting. The Restart is not related to a large data transfer at the moment. Maybe MCU temperature related, device overheats routinely, faulty design from factory. The "Log" of the device in the web interface is laughable when "Log" it is cleared after every Restart / Reboot. Therefore, it is not possible to determine the cause of the Restart / Reboot from the "Log". I'm surprised more people on the Internet aren't complaining about this issue.

Anyone else having a similar problem with the LTE2566-M634?
