ZyXEL NAS326 Not turning off even with power button

Hi, after 4 days of using my ZyXEL NAS326 Not turning off even with power button... only if I pull out the power cable. Is it okay?

  OK but what if none of that works? What if I have several 326's and none of the power buttons work when the NAS freezes up and the only option is to pull the plug?

  you can try to access the NAS with SSH and type reboot command to reboot the NAS,
  After the NAS restart, you can press the power button again, if still not works, maybe the power button is not working anymore…..
