[NEBULA] Disable auto provision

Hi,
I want to stop the function when configuring APs before deploying.
Is it possible to disable-autoprovisioning?

    hhmmm... Isn't that equivalent to limiting nebula control center as a web monitoring tool only?

    Nebula is designed for cloud network management, it's unreasonable to disable auto-provisioning.
    Just like @Iwannaquitthegym said, if the auto-provisioning is disabled, NCC will be a remote monitor not a control center.
    If you want to setup the configuration before deploying, you can register the device and do the configuration without device connecting to NCC.
