Hallo hoffentlich kann mir jemand helfen, wir betreiben eine kleine Pension mit sechs Zimmer. für unsere Gäste biete ich das WPA2 verschlüsselte Gast-WLAN der FB7590 an.

Ich betreibe also zwei SSID

SSID Privatnet 192.162.178.1 … 256 = VLAN 1

SSID Gastnet 192.162.179.1 … 256 = VLAN 10

Folgende Hardware Struktur habe ich:
FB7590 —→ GS1920-8HP —→ GS1900-24HP —→ 3 x NWA1123-AC-Pro und 2 x NWA55AXE alle Geräte per LAN verbunden

Konfiguration der Ports
FB7590 LAN 1 —→ Port 9 GS1920-8HP VLAN 10
FB7590 LAN 4 —→ Port 10 GS1920-8HP VLAN 1

GS1920-8HP Port 8 mit VLAN 1,10 —→ Port 1 mit VLAN 1,10 GS1900-24HP —→
Port n mit VLAN 1,10 an 3 x NWA1123-AC-Pro und 2 x NWA55AXE

Ich habe die Struktur seit ca. 6 Jahren und unser Gäste haben unser WLAN immer gelobt :-)

Vor 3 Tagen ist der GS1920-8HP total ausgefallen, ich vermute das Netzteil im Gerät ist ausgefallen.

Also habe ich einen neuen GS1920-8HP gekauft und per QR Code in die Nebula eingebunden und die Konfiguration wie oben beschrieben umgesetzt. Ergebnis ist, das Privatnet wird gesendet und ich kann mich anmelden. Das Gastnet ist sichtbar, ABER man kann sich nicht anmelden???

Mein Verdacht ist, dass der neue GS1920-8HP "nicht weiss", das sich hinter VLAN 10 die SSID Gastnet 192.162.179.1 … 256 befindet. Um das VLAN 10 einzurichten, muss ich direkt auf den Switch ohne Nebula?!

Wie kommen ich nun direkt auf den Switch, nach dem ich ihn per QR-code in mein Netzwerk eingebunden habe???

    Hi @Thomas1959

    Please ensure that the VLAN configuration on Port 8 of the new GS1920-8HP is set up correctly to forward VLAN10 traffic. You may configure the switch port at Site-wide > Configure > Switches > Switch ports > the new GS1920-8HP/Port 8.

    Alternatively, if your Nebula organization is subscribed to the Pro Pack 💎, there's an even more efficient way to set up your new switch. You can clone the settings from the old switch to the new one using the Configuration Management feature. This method can save you time and ensure that the configurations are consistent between switches. For detailed description of this feature, you can refer to this article:

    Hallo @Zyxel_Kay vielen Dank für Deine schnelle und ausführliche Antwort :-). Das es eine Klone- bzw. Kopierfunktion geben könnte um Konfigurationen zu duplizieren habe ich vermutet. Ich habe bis her keine Pay Paket gekauft, weil ich die Geräte die ich nutze nicht in den Listen der Pakete gefunden habe. Also ist meine Schlussfolgerung, dass diese Paket nicht für meine Hardware bestimmt sind. Und ganz wichtig, eine richtige Preisliste habe ich auch noch nicht gefunden. Und wenn ich ein Paket kaufe, ist dann das Paket für alle Geräte in meiner Organisation anzuwenden? Oder nur auf einen bestimmte Art von Geräten, also zum Beispiel nur auf meine Switch oder nur auf meine AccessPoint???

    Konfiguration der Ports

    FB7590 LAN 1 —→ Port 9 GS1920-8HP VLAN 10

    FB7590 LAN 4 —→ Port 10 GS1920-8HP VLAN 1

    In addition to configuring the settings for Port 8 of the new GS1920-8HP, please ensure that you also configure Port 9 and Port 10 with VLAN10 and VLAN1 settings.

    • Port 9 - Allowed VLAN10

    This will ensure that the traffic can be properly forwarded to your FB7590.

    Hallo @Zyxel_Kay Danke für Deine Antwort. Die Zuordnung von VLAN 1 und 10 auf die Port 9 und 10, war nicht im alten Switch so konfiguriert ?! Ich habe es getan, hat aber keine Wirkung gezeigt :-(.

    Noch mal zum Verständnis der Ausgangslage.
    Die FB7590 sendet
    auf LAN 1-3 den IP-Bereich 192.162.178.1 … 255 und
    auf LAN 4 den 192.162.179.1 …255

    Konfiguration der Ports
    FB7590 LAN 1 —→ Port 9 GS1920-8HP VLAN 1 Standard IP-Bereich 192.162.178.1 … 255
    FB7590 LAN 4 —→ Port 10 GS1920-8HP VLAN 10 Gast IP-Bereich 192.162.179.1 … 255

    Im Nebula Konfig-Bereich Switch gibt es die Zugriffsverwaltung, dort habe ich jetzt den Gast IP Bereich hinzugefügt.

    Auch diese Konfiguration hatte keinen Erfolg. Folgend Frage ergibt sich:

    Wo ordne ich dem Port 10 / VLAN 10 den Gast IP-Bereich 192.162.179.1 … 255 zu????

    If your configuration is as above, then you should set your ports' VLAN configuration as follows:

    GS1920-8HP Port 9

    • Type: Trunk ; Management control: Enabled; PVID:1; Allowed VLANs: 1

    GS1920-8HP Port 10

    • Type: Trunk ; Management control: Disabled; PVID:1; Allowed VLANs: 10

    Furthermore, as we are currently unable to access the screenshot you provided, could you please re-upload the screenshot for our reference? This would significantly assist us in gaining a clearer insight into your existing setup and configuration.

    Alternatively, you could enable Zyxel Support on Nebula and provide us with your org/site name. This will allow us to directly examine the current configuration of your new GS1920-8HP switch and offer tailored assistance.

    I suggest attempting the following adjustment: Change the your new GS1920-HP Port 10 to PVID=10, aligning the configuration with your previous switch. This will help determine if guests in VLAN 10 can successfully obtain the VLAN10 IP addresses.
