hello I have a GS1910-24 and 3 GS1910-24 hp switches.

I had to factory reset all and all have original firmware which is far outdated. I can’t even configure vlans which I need.

How do I upgrade to current verison? I tried to install it but it says it’s the wrong file.

Please help.

    Hi @Danoutlaw3,

    Please follow the below steps to factory reset your switches:

    1.) Enter "Ctrl+C", while booting.

    2.) Enter "default" to reset to default.
    3.) Enter "reset" to reboot and wait for config re-generation

    4.) You can find the password and configuration have been reset.
